Not a deal breaker but for my eyes the paint on the cover looks wavy and it shouldn't be. Could be the original damage so it was painted and replaced?
I doubt the car will leave the factory with such damage.

definite orange peel in that door for sure and the surrounding paint looks fine.

IMO that fuel door got damaged and repainted and wasn't properly installed.

Doesn't matter. The gas cover is painted. Look closely and you will see the wavy paint
