I have a 2020 Limited AWD and I was having similar issues with feeling as if the back passenger side tire was slipping/jumping on turning to the right and when going slow up an incline. In Nov 2020 my dealer said it was a known issue and Hyundai was working on a solution. Finally, in Aug 2021 my dealer replaced the 4WD coupler and o-ring under warranty. At this writing, no problem with judder/slipping on slow turns from a complete stop or when moving slow up an incline.

Wow! I will let my dealer know this issue and solution. that’s exactly what is happening in my palisade, especially in inclined

I just started noticing this issue with my '21 Limited AWD. When turning, I hear a couple of low-frequency thumps from the rear and a slight judder. Already on the list of things to check out at next week's appointment along with the smelly headrests and the driver's mirror glass shaking a lot during driving.

Thanks for sharing! Mine is doing exactly the same thing! Will have the dealer look into this at the next service

Hey Guys after exhaustingly going back and forth with the dealer and corporate. I finally got the approval for rear wheel
Drive coupler which takes care of that jerking while turning. Also I will get the drive shaft replaced for the vibration at 65mph plus. I will update you guys with the results. Fingers crossed. Got the appointment for the 31st of this month

did you got the drive coupler replaced? i just brought a used 2020 Palisade SEL AWD, and sometimes when in low speed and pressing gas and turning, i feel axels jerking, like gear is not changing properly.

Hello I have the same issue especially when turning left/ right on slow speed.. do you have any information about that? Is that a characteristic? My dealer cant found that issue..

Got my Pali back today after taking it to another dealership for them to look at (bad service at the first dealership I took it to, and they came back with "operating normally" - irritating!). The official diagnosis for mine was this:

"found internal failure in diff coupling. Needs to be replaced, found it not engaging causing binding in rear end. Corrected by 4WD coupling and/or o-ring. Installed 47800-4G500: Coupling Assy-4WD".

No more jerking or thud noises when I turn!

how much did it cost you? did insurance paid for it?

Well, it's back. The rear diff is clunking and jerking again after a full stop and I start turning. Looks like I'll be spending another day at the dealership getting this looked at...
I just bought a 2022 Pali with 24,000 miles. Mine is doing the same thing. Dealer can’t get me in until September 27 🙄 I’d like any and all information on this issue because I’m assuming the dealer is going to try to get out of it.

Keep us up to date on your progress. I'm going in to get mine done in a week or so. Hearing from many sources, a new coupler does not fix the issue long-term.

So, I brought the Pali in today for the issue. Seems it wasn't the coupler this time, but instead blown rear shocks. Per the invoice:
"Tech found both rear shocks rubbing against casing and causing noise. Tech replaced both shocks in rear, test drove car and found no more issues at this time. Installed 55367-S9300 : SHOCK ABSORBER ASSY-REAR"

When I first brought the vehicle in to figure out what was wrong, the gentleman at the front desk said, the "coupler" issue was not one he sees a lot, however shocks were much more common. I am still waiting for the coupler to come in so they can fix it. Did the replacement of your shocks fix the issue? I'll keep you updated on my progress.
