I'm sure the installation is the same. I would appreciate the PDF. The video is great, but I'd like to see the Hyundai version. Thanks!
Here is the English version of the Canadian Hyundai 7-pin trailer wiring harness installation guide. French is available upon request.

HARNESS AND HITCH AVAILABILITY - USA!

The Hyundai USA site listed the 2023 Palisade harness last Wednesday and the instruction sheet. Says the hitch is not available until Fall '23. The harness install sheet is listed there for download and it shows the PN's for the hitches as well. hyundaiaccessories.com (Listed the new harness PN S8F67-AC700)

I found several USA Hyundai parts sites showing the new harness S8F67-AC700 and S8F61-AU300 Hitch Calligraphy with bumper cover for sale. I canceled the S8F67AC800 Canadian harness I had on order and ordered the USA version part number last Wednesday and it is delivering to my home tomorrow (Monday 8/14/23) hyundaipartsdeal.com

Knowing the hitch is not available yet S8F61-AU300, figured I'd get my name on one anyway. Ordered it too via hyundaipartsdeal.com Sales contacted me and said not in production till October and I asked to keep it on order and they did. Two days later, they canceled my order stating the PN is not valid. Unless there will be a PN revision, Im guessing they do not want or cant order a not yet in production part number. So, I will keep checking each week to see if it can be ordered or if there is a new PN.

Hope all this helps.

Hoping that there may be a 4 pole harness available like I installed on my 2022 Palisade ( which got totaled in an accident in March). I will have no need for a 7 pole with braking capabilities, and wou prefer not to use a 7 to 4 adapter.

I have asked my service rep @ Wallace Hyundai in Stuart FL. for a quote to install my Hyundai trailer wiring harness 2 times over the last 3 weeks with no answer other than they will call me back.

The video's and help on this site are wonderful and if not for my own disability from a crippling car accident I would not hesitate to install it myself.

My car is going in the shop for it's first oil change and tire rotation.
I have a recall for the windshield wiper and the oil pump card that they have no fix for.

I don't understand their hesitancy in giving me the quote?

It looks like you are in Florida. If you get up Knoxville way I would be glad to help install the harness. It is easy. And actually not hard to install a hitch. I have done it twice. Don't even need to jack up the car, plenty of room under it. You have any friends handy with a wrench?

HELP!! Anyone had any issues with the canadian hitch not working turning signals? Ours was working fine last time a d today only brake lights go on!! No turning lights or blinking. But brake light are working fine. Anyone had same issue?

Are you using a 7 to 4 adapter? I had one of those go bad. Anyway to check the pins on the plug with a meter and see if it is getting power to the turn signals?

No adapter. My trailer has a 7 pin. I have the Canadian hitch. I have a meter to check and is not lighting either. But the brake lights are . We will disconnect the set up and reconnect to see if that works. Thks

The dealers are not well versed in what is actually available. Hell, it's likely due to Hyundai corporate. This has been a huge connect the dots of fragmented information. The hyundaiaccessories dot com web site listed the harness on 8/12/23 out of the blue and referenced the hitch availability in Fall 2023. They even listed the 700 harness instructions which lists the hitch pn's for the Calligraphy and sub-trim levels. Connect the dots and you can figure it all out. The dealers, have no idea at this time.

All the USA hyundai parts sites list both the harness and the hitches, but if you order the hitch they email you the next day stating it's not available. Though, the harness is available and will ship.

The savy customer has had to piece this information together to get where we are today.

I have a 2023 SEL w/ Premium Package and bench seat. My dealer's parts manager emailed their Hyundai point of contact to verify the Tow Hitch PN for my VIN was S8F671 AU200. Guessing this is same PN for all models except Limited and Calligraphy, which appears to be AU300 due to cover difference in style and finish. Dealers cannot order Tow Hitch until available, which is sometime mid-October on. Likely cannot provide installation cost until hitch is "released" to dealer. Guessing retail cost for parts and installation will be around $1100-$1200 without sales/service tax. Parts department will order Hitch Kit and Harness Kit for me at a discount that is similar to online cost, which should save around $200 on parts. I am assuming that works for service department to install, as I know they won't install if I buy it elsewhere. Parts manager found what might be draft installation instructions, as it lists different PNs for Tow Hitch. Guessing the PNs changed after instructions drafted and final release instructions will identify the two PNs in this thread. I'll try to remember to provide an update once I am able to order the hitch, so everyone will know it is available.

The au200 is for all trim levels BELOW Calligraphy. Au300 is only for Calligraphy.
The only difference is how the center fill trim panel mounts between the two trim levels.

I posted photos, instructions, pns on all of this in previous posts.

Part numbers are good. Instructions are good. There is no indication of "drafts." Most dealers are clueless and know less than we do. Most have led to a lot of the misinformation. Sad but true.

Harness is available for $170 via many hyundai on line retailers. I have it and put in myself.
The hitches i have confirmed they will be released to order mid-october. Pricing ranges $406-$550 at the same on line hyundai E-tailers. Prices are part only.

I spent a lot of time sorting out and clearing up a lot of misinformation out there.

I somehow missed "judgeschambers" attached installation instructions. I don't think those were shown until I became a member. Thanks for the installation instructions for SEL. It appears from the installation instructions that the parts manager printed for me, that they are for the XRT Trim only. It lists the Tow Hitch Kit as AU400 and Harness KIt as AU900. I'll try to scan to PDF and post, unless "judgeschambers" can find it online and post. Let's see if mid-October hitch availability happens.

Oh, ive not heard of the 400 and 900 pn's. Ill see if i can find them on the hyndai server.
The hitch i can see if the bumper filler panel is different. But the harness is the same for all trims. Hmmmm.

What a tangled web Hyundai weaves. You would think that the harness kit would be the same BUT, if you look closely, the various Tow Hitch kit installation instructions list what I believe are different associated harness kits (AU700, AU800 & AU900) at the top under "Part No." This would seem to indicate a difference in one or more components of the harness kit but I cannot image what that would be. Maybe there is something different with the control module. Need to see if there is an AU800 and/or AU900 harness kit installation instruction.

BTW, I have a 01/20/2023 revision to the AC700 Harness Kit (attached).

I believe you are reading more into this than it is.

The two part numbers at the top of most installation instructions lists two pns.
1- (dio)
2- (pio)
Both are for the same part as the instructions.

DIO # Dealer Installed. Usa dealer install pn
PIO # Port Installed. Shipping port install pn.

We will want the DIO PN for xrt, sel, Calligraphy.
Difference of the hitches is the filler panel
Same DIO for the harness. Harness is the same 700 for all palisades
