Rear Window Washer Fluid Conduit

The carpets on passenger side are wet with what seems to be a blue liquid; at first I thought we might have spilled something but to the best of our recollection we haven't. So I thought that maybe the rear window washer fluid tube might be traveling under the carpets on the passenger side and may be leaking.

Does anyone know where the rear window washer conduit is located between the front reservoir and the rear window ?

Yep, definately washer fluid, schematic shows the conduit traveling within the roof on the passenge side. I suspect a leak above the pillar between front and rear passenger doors and fluid coming down said pillar. The interior ceiling is dry.

Taking it to the dealer on Tuesday, my 2021 Palisade is 30 months old, will this repair be covered under warranty, I am in Ontario, Canada ?
