2022 Palisade transmission is jerky/mistimed shifts at lower speeds.

I am having same/similar issues as I have read on a previous thread but that thread is a bit older so I am starting a new one to see if anyone has experienced these issues.

On my 2022 Palisade Calligraphy the transmission is downshifting and upshifting incorrectly or at what I'd call the wrong times when going at slower speeds. Especially if on hilly terrain. Also when going down a slight hill and I want to just coast it downshifts instead of just letting it coast/roll. Same thing when trying to slowly roll to a stop. The shifting up/down is also a bit jerky. Certainly not smooth. Shifting feels most jerky in 1st 2nd and 3rd gear. I have tried using all the driving modes and Sport seems to do the best but still not great. Also tried using paddles at slower speeds but still is a bit jerky. At higher speeds on the highway it does really good though. Guess i'll take it in for service. It's soon due for its 1st service (7500 mileage). Anyone else had these type of issues?

I feel my Canadian Essential does the same thing, but it's highly subjective. I attribute it to the way it is programmed, downshifting to be ready for a "presumed" demand for acceleration. The limits of artificial intelligence perhaps.
Yes I think it's probably just the way the 8 speed is programmed to shift but the bigger concern for me is how jerky the shifting feels at those lower speeds. My Palisade is due for service soon so I'll let you know what they say about it.
