Hi yall!

So we bought a 2021 Palisade Calligraphy in the beginning of March. took it straight to my guy to do some exterior stuff and this week I finally got it back.

Items done include
  • Chrome Delete including exhaust tip
  • Body colored grill trim and front / rear splitters.
  • Smoked headlights/ tail lights
  • wrapped A, B, C pillars ; mirrors, Roof and rear break lights.
  • Powder Coated wheels.
  • debadged tailgate and front rebadge
  • PPF on hood, front bumper .
Ceramic coated whole SUV

What do you guys think?

@Palidad First of all, looks awesome! Did you have the tailgate badge holes professionally filled and tailgate repainted? or how did you deal with the holes?
Next q.... in regards to your chrome delete of the tail lights, the silver sections on the inside portions are all LED, did they blacking out affect them? Mind sharing a pic of the tail lights on/brakes applied?
Yes. The tailgate was repainted after holes were filled in with filler. As far as the inside silver sections with the rear lights, the wrap in that section is a stretched version of headlight wrap. The lights come through but faintly. If you are standing by them you can see the light coming through. I'll try to post a picture in the next day or so

Very nice! I did the exact same thing with my white Palisade.
I really like your version too.
I considered the dark tint on headlights/taillights like your Palisade. But the cops around here have nothing better to do other than write silly tickets so I decided against it.

Besides - I already don't have front license plate ( required here in TX - but i REFUSE to ruin cars with them ) so didn't want to give them more ammo.

Damn nice! Not sure who does this kind of work in Minnesota. And did you lift the rear somehow? My 2021 Calligraphy has a bit of a sag look. The self leveling shocks make crappy curb appeal.
No rear lift. I specifically didnt want to mess with the springs because of the self levelling feature. I dont think any Palisade specific aftermarket kits are available yet in US that I could find anyways. If anything I would want to lower it just an inch to get the wheel well space eliminated. I dont plan on ever really off-roading.

There's no mistaking your Pali for a woman driving it; that's for sure. Ha ha. Looks great, brother. Hey, may I ask you where you bought the badge (a link would be great)? Looks WAY better than the crappy Hyundai logo. But I'd just change the front and rear badges... if it's easy. I'd also like to know how involved is the job to change the front one. Thank you.

HAHA It is technically my Wife's ride. I just got her approval to make it look a little cooler. I still am daily driving my CTS - although I find myself reaching for her keys more frequently these days. :)

I bought the badges from another forum

and had them painted black to match the rest of the grill.

Front Grill is easy- you just pop off the original and tape the new ones on. The rear are a little more challenging but doable. There are many youtube videos of ppl doing it. good luck!
