Are you guys aware there is a service bulletin that was issued for this problem with the 2020s? My suggestion would be to ask dealer to perform that fix on your 2023s. If they refuse it might be worth doing it out of pocket. my understanding s that it mostly fixed the problem on the earlier 2020 model. Certainly worth looking in to.
mmm.... when I asked the same, it was simple answer from both the dealerships i visited "Hyundai is not released any service bulletin for 2023 palisade so far for this issue".

They obviously went and changed something with the sides / doors for 23's from the 22's. Probably related to the improved side impact performance. The result was the reintroduction of an old fixed problem.

Just revisiting this to see if anyone has had success with a dealership (or an attorney). Given hyundai basically said tough luck, not sure if we are keeping it or trading it in and taking a big hit. So many things to love about this vehicle... however the noise is a deal breaker for me. I told the wife to be patient... that Hyundai would likely solve the issue... however not seeing anything like that.

I got my Palisade 2023 in October 2022 after watching lots of youtube videos which had very high praise for the vehicle. While i like the exterior and interior , i have been struggling with Wind Noise issue. I visited the dealer and was told this is common problem with Palisade( had i known this earlier i would have not spent so much money) and would have opted for another vehicle. I have not faced such noise in basic BMW/Honda cars.
I reported to Hyundai Consumer affairs and was told to visit dealer again, the dealer has same message that they dont have solution and its a design issue and vehicle is operating as per design and case close.

I am not sure if this is the same issue for every hyundai car but i am regretting my decision to buy Hyundai Vehicle . Reading above it seems there is no solutions but wanted to write this incase someone has any solution or for perspective buyers who want to take informed decision to spend so much money and not have quite drive.

I'm feeling the same! I can't believe how disappointed I am in buying a Hyundai. I read all the reviews and saw all the videos on how great this vehicle is and I can't stand that I didn't buy a Toyota Highlander. I've never been so disappointed with a vehicle I've bought in my life!!! I was driving down the hyway at 70mph and rolled down the window and when I rolled it back up this loud whistling started so I rolled it back down and back up and still a whistling noise, so I started pressing on the glass and finally the whistling stopped. I though the glass feels awfully loose in the channel and that may be why there's so much noise in the cabin. I hoping this can be resolved by Hyundai, but to be honest I really think we've been dooped into buying a rolling piece of shit!!!

I had a similar issues with my 2020 Telluride. The problem was that the driver and passenger front windows would not close all the way at highway speeds. The pressure inside the vehicle made the window bow out a bit and hit the seal which prevented it from closing all the way. The solution I found was to open the sunroof to release pressure and then close the front windows. Issue was solved. This only happened at highway speeds.
Give this a try and see if it helps

I had the same issue with my 2023 Palisade Urban. The dealership did the same thing. They taped the window and also replaced the seal on the door, but the problem still exists. At the end, they found out the cause of the wind noise. It is coming out from the driver side mirror and they are going to replace it very soon. I hope it helps to solve your problem

Took to the dealer; they evidentially taped off the door seams, drove it around and still had the noise... said sorry... design issue, here's the number for hyundai, nothing we can fix.

My take is if it is a design issue... then EVERY '23 pallisade would have it. I have seen other mentions of it... so clearly it is not a one off, however also not on every one.

I will be calling hyundai tomorrow to see what they say... fingers crossed. Will also do some discovery work on my own to see what i can find... MY complete guess is that either the window glass is not sealing properly, or there is air coming from the front of the car that is channeling into the door frame and causing noise.
They will tell you to bring to the dealer this is a serious problem!! I just got mine on 1/28/2023 and I took it to the dealer today and the Service Maneger said he adjusted the Hinge on the drivers door !! He is Full of CRAP THEY CANT ADTTHE HINGES THEY COME FIT FROM TBE FACTORY!!! There is another problem with the wind noise!! Poor craftsmanship!!! Everyone must take there cars back over and over till they fix it if NOT GIVE US OUR HARD EARNED MONEY !!!

I have had my Calligraphy since 8/2023 and the wind noise has progressively gotten worse. I can even hear it in the rear while sitting in the passenger seat. Took it to the dealer today and they had it for almost 4 hours and couldn’t find a fix. They said Hyundai might be coming out with a service bulletin due to all of the complaints.
