Took to the dealer; they evidentially taped off the door seams, drove it around and still had the noise... said sorry... design issue, here's the number for hyundai, nothing we can fix.

My take is if it is a design issue... then EVERY '23 pallisade would have it. I have seen other mentions of it... so clearly it is not a one off, however also not on every one.

I will be calling hyundai tomorrow to see what they say... fingers crossed. Will also do some discovery work on my own to see what i can find... MY complete guess is that either the window glass is not sealing properly, or there is air coming from the front of the car that is channeling into the door frame and causing noise.

I suggest if dealer has the same model take it for a drive, or go to a different dealer test drive same trim and see how it compares, if they can see the difference with you hopefully they'll be have easier time to compare and pinpoint the issue

appreciate the responses!!! Apparently I am not the only one having this issue per some other threads on this forum. My dealer has only had this one calligraphy... however has had other '23 palisades with no complaints.

I did just get off the phone with a hyundai person and they opened up a case... will see where that goes.

Had the issue with our 2020 Palisade, and just traded it for 2023 Calligraphy. Haven't driven it much yet, but so far, much quieter than the 2020. The 2020 noise seemed to worsen with A/C or heat fan cranked up. See if this affects yours.

I am a month and 2k mile in - YES - Ive had the same issue while on highways and closing the window. Ive figured out when it happens, I just have to lower and raise it again and pull the top in a very little bit as its going up. Closes right up.

I have 1800 miles and dont have any noise I find objectionable. The 23s have several changes to lower noise. 1. The second row glass is double painess like the 22s were just in the front. 2. They added a seal around the wiring going into the mirror. 3. The enlarged the window seals in the corners. You could get a DB app for your phone and measure the level and compare it to other vehicles on the same road and speed. Run in both directions to acount for the wind speed. Experience taught me crosswinds can make more noise than head on wind. This could be the quietest car I have owned.

Honestly this is the NOISIEST car I have owned... and the most expensive. My dodge ram warlock (the older model) is far quieter than the palisade. Now... I am guessing that if I replaced the hankook tires with cross climes, it would be nice and quiet... apart from the wind noise... and otherwise this car is quite incredible what you get for the money.

I have a 23 pallisade xrt. I do have the issue with a high pitch wind noise coming threw the driver side seal. They replaced the seal. Iam picking the car up tmrw. We will see if it solves the problem. I also have an issue with roof racks. They also throw off a high wind noise at high speeds. They told me it's a design flaw.

Ok. So I picked up the car. Wind noise is still there. On top of it they damaged the door panel and the seal seems to be ripped. Can't win. Taking it back Thursday.

Same exact problem. Dealer told me take the racks off and they don't hear any other wind issues. Next step lemon law attorney!!

Are you guys aware there is a service bulletin that was issued for this problem with the 2020s? My suggestion would be to ask dealer to perform that fix on your 2023s. If they refuse it might be worth doing it out of pocket. my understanding s that it mostly fixed the problem on the earlier 2020 model. Certainly worth looking in to.
