A software update for 2020-22 Palisades without navigation was released today. The only documented change is:
"Fixed the connection pop-up that occurs after updating to iOS 14"
This has to do with wireless Apple CarPlay. But maybe there are others undocumented changes, who knows?

This will download a zip file. Once you have it, extract it. It contains 2 other zip files. Do NOT try to extract these. Just put them on a USB drive and use the USB drive in your car for the update.

hi, i have the 2022 SEL with navigation. I was able to successfully update the Navigation & Software Update using the tool.

Now, I also see that Display Audio Software Update is also available. That doesn't seem to be working. Can someone confirm that the navigation update also takes care of this or do I need to install it separately (doing so does not work as i get the error unable to recognize the files).

Thanks. So do you know if it would ever allow wireless android auto or car play? I thought that functionality was enabled in the last update or so?

Nope... It's a hardware thing not software.. None of the nav units have wireless. So unless hyundai starts installing the hardware needed, we'll never see wireless in them...
The 2023s have wifi hardware to support the new hotspot function. So it seems the hardware is in place to support wireless AA and car play. It might just take a software update to enable it. I'm not holding my breath though.
I bought a used 2020 SEL w/ no nav, Gen1 audio. There is no Gen1 software currently listed on the website for software updates .. is anyone else in this boat? The UI is definitely for Gen1, not Gen2 as well as the software level (guessing original to vehicle as it indicates a 2019 release date):

LX2.USA.SOP.V108.190715.DAU_A

So.. i have no idea how to get an update since there's nothing listed on the official palisade page- any ideas?

There’s no update for your car. There’s nothing for you to do.

The only updates they provide for the display audio (non-nav) systems like yours are major bug fixes, anyway.
