2025 Palisade side mirrors or sensors don't alert when I get too close to drive-thru window or my roadside mailbox. I have alerts on backing up or forward. I would think if my 2018 Explorer had side alerts, the 2025 Palisade would have it! Any ideas? Or is this not an option?

you don't have sensors in your mirrors, they are in your front and rear bumpers.
No, that's why so many people need to replace their mirrors as they are whacking them on the garage when pulling in.
