Wondering if anyone has done this. I’m planning a camping trip and the additional space would be helpful. Any suggestions are most welcome.

@ Toejam - my guess is the OP (Neil B) what every bit of interior space for hauling camping gear as possible. If the seats could be removed, this would free up more space for camping gear.
Just my guess.

@ImperialBlade - exactly… each seat is probably 4 c/f so why not leave them at home and make use of the space.
Love my new Caligraphy in Sierra Burgandy.

Hello, Neil. I am not sure if the seats are "user" removable. It's would be great if they are, or if someone that is handy with a "wrench" know the way, can share it.

I’m fairly handy and I’m going to give it a go in about a month and I’ll report back and share.

We don't have our Palisade yet, so can't look at it .... but generally seat frame base rails are bolted to the floor. It shouldn't be too hard to located the bolts. We'll have our Palisade ain about 10 days, and can take a look at that time.

Hi there! We’re you able to get them out easily? Thinking of doing the same for a trip so an adult can get in the back seat more easily.
