Rear Hatch Issue

My wife drives a 2023 Calligraphy (lease - turned in a 2020 Limited) and we have not had any issues with it until this morning. My son is graduating this weekend and we packed the back with items for his graduation party. There was one box that was very close to the hatch, but as I had done numerous times with our 2020 limited, I "assisted" the hatch in closing and it seemed to latch. This morning the hatch wouldn't open. It wasn't completely latched, but it also wouldn't open. Called the dealership and they were no help at all. Turned the car off and back on and it opened fine. Just wanted to pass along that solution in case this happens to someone else.
