I have a 2022 Palisade. I am having problems with the radiator leaking fluid from the upper left hand side.

Just dropped of my 2022 Palisade (22K miles) for an "engine overheating " warning. Was told the reservoir for the coolant was "bone dry". Found out later that day there was a significant hole in the radiator and part will not be in for 4-5 days. No loaner cars available and need to get a rental. Was given Hyundai customer care number, they opened a case, and am asking to be reimbursed for the rental. Not too happy about this! Car is one year old!

Probably time to trade this in while the prices are up. Move to a better manufacturer as well.
I was having an issue with my 2022 Palisade with an "engine overheat" warning and a coolant smell all over. I was lucky that my car was in the parking lot. Anyway, I found a puddle of coolant on the floor and coolant everywhere under the hood. So, I called Hyundai roadside assistance... took 5 hours to get my car towed. I just spoke to the dealer... I was told the radiator is cracked. They said it would take 4-5 days to get it fixed—no loaner car. I decided to get a rental car since we need a car. I already called Hyundai customer care and opened up a case. I want to make sure they cover my expense for the rental car. I was so happy about my until now. I guess things happen... it was just bad customer service.
Did they cover the cost of your rental?

Forgot about this post, I got my car back after 10 days. I had to get a rental car for the first 4 days because they didn't want to give me a loaner. After talking to the advisor, I finally got the loaner. In the meantime, I talked to Hyundai customer care and opened up a case with them. So, they did reimburse my rental.. not 100% thought. I think it was about 70%. I didn't even try to get 100%. Their customer service was horrible.
