Got offered a Limited AWD (Dealer Website calls it the M) today for $50170, so well over MSRP. Even with all the possible extras on the Build site it doesn’t get there.
Anybody else experienced that and can maybe share prices paid ? Residency is in SC and dealer in NC.
Not a great first impression from Hyundai for me....

Just be patient and prices will come down once supplies catches up with demand. The dealers will always do that when they smell a hot vehicle. Normal for all makes and models and not just Hyundai brand.

I went on the day they were released and bought the limited sight unseen. I was the first to buy it in the county and was lucky enough to get it 4K under sticker.

Sorry for my ignorance but when you guys say MSRP you mean the initial price listed and not the final walk out the door price which includes taxes, title, tags etc correct? MSRP is the starting price that is listed on the paper with the options and added accessories correct?

MSRP stands for Manufacturer's Suggested Retail Price. That's what Hyundai will list on their website. It does not include taxes and fees.

It's possible that some people would include options and/or accessories when talking about the expected MSRP of a configuration. But in those cases, people will generally mention it in their post. For the Palisade, it's fairly easy since neither the SE nor the Limited have any available option packages (except for AWD and port-installed accessories). Only the SEL offers option packages.

MSRP price always includes options. Base MSRP price does not.

I agree, be patient and shop around, I got mine with a small rebate that was ending that day, so it was a little under MSRP, but that being said, I saw a sticker at the same dealership that is now adding a market price increase of $2000, keep shopping its a Nice SUV !!

I just took possession of a Palisade Limited with AWD with a Midnight Cloud exterior with Tan interior from a dealer Ohio. I am a resident of Alabama, I flew up and drove the car home this past Saturday . All the negotiations were conducted via text and email prior to my arrival at the dealership. I received the Veterans $500 and the Customer Conquest $500 off the MSRP of $47955. The accessories that came with this vehicle are the Carpeted floor mats, the Cargo area mat (cargo tray--misnamed), the Splash (mud) guards and the First aid kit. The dealer also credited me a $320 GAP insurance policy. The Palisade"s cost to me was $47238 which includes the Dealer document fee of $250, Title fee of $15 and Registration fee of $18.50. This price does not include the sale tax and other fees the the State of Alabama will impose when I am able to register the car. I also financed the entire amount with Hyundai Motor Finance with 0 down at 1.9% for 60 months.

There is no reason to pay over MSRP, they should negotiate with you, out in Illinois (Midwest) there are plenty available, you should pay less than MSRP

This is a Hyundai website that I used to locate the Palisade Limited AWD I bought from a dealer 605 miles from my home. I flew up, the salesman picked me up at the airport, and we drove to the dealership were the paperwork started online was completed and two hours later I was driving that puppy home.

In the upper left of the link is where you change the zip code and range of search once it loads. I will show you all the Palisades that have been or will be delivered to dealerships throughout the US.
