Does anyone have any thoughts regarding lease incentives? Telluride's current incentives expire on 1 July.

I'm pretty surprised about how closely priced the Palisade is compared to the Telluride. Since the Palisade is supposed to be the more luxurious of the two it could be great value when it comes out.
