Stay on their asses and warn them if you are in an accident there will be liability. Document by video if you can.
Trade it in to them? Since there's "nothing wrong with it" (according to them) you should get top trade in value for it against another vehicle. So they discovered that the transmission fluid was a little low and darker than it should be. They cleaned the tranny and replaced the fluid...3 days later it wouldn't get out of 2nd gear. They told me if there was another issue, they would replace the transmission. Now they are back peddling saying that they need to replicate it (I have tons of videos) and petition hyundai to replace the transmission. It's been 2 years of having it checked at every servicing plus additional ones. National hyundai says to keep working with the dealer. What are my next steps? Lawyer up? Go to my local news stations(I have a friend who is an anchor on one) I'm losing my mind and this is creating a big issue with my job as a coach being able to transport athletes to training facilities. Any and all suggestions would be appreciated. This is an accident waiting to happen. when the car drops gears, not only do I get jolted, but puts me at risk of being rear ended. When it suddenly can't accelerate when I cross traffic, I'm a T bone risk. I cannot understand why they are dragging their feet trying to figure out this issue.
Not sure why people stick around with all these problems. I’m so close to trading our Palisade in and looking at other manufacturers.I have the same issue with my 2020 palisade it seams to happen espically on inclines (up or down) Trans threw a code about P0707 trans out of range
Dealer ship changed the transmission solenoid pack but didn’t fix - I was told as a service bulletin, but if this doesn’t fix it, they replace the transmission
I was told as a service bulletin, but if this doesn’t fix it, they replace the transmission will see
