That question has been in the back of my mind since this topic surfaced. Should you find anything out please keep us posted.
See below. If you see blue/hazy windows in back you've got the bad windows. Dealers and HMA are eager to fix this and is covered under warranty. Call service dept. or better the GM of dealership - they know its an issue - wont give you a hard time.

my dealer finally ordered a new pair of windows to replace for me next month. I am not sure whether they are newly made or from different patch . My doubt is how do I know the new replacement is acoustic laminated? I don’t know how to check
I just don't get how a blue laminate layer in the window really makes any difference in the sound transmission from the wind blowing over the side view mirrors.

I want that in my house!

How would a replacement window fix a problem caused by the design itself?
They clearly (pun intended) missed or ignored the issue. Whether model wide or a mere bad batch of windows this is a problem and many 'see' it. A replacement widow should be from a new OEM batch where HMA has realized the problem or it might just be a standard tint (I don't believe a thin layer of laminate is effective at all). Something is wrong with these windows likely put in thousands or thens of thousands of Palisades.

For those with the rear passenger hazy windows, is it possible to drive facing the sun, the sun gotta be inside the windshield frame, which is mainly early morning or late afternoon, and check if the windshield is hazy and/ or you see a lot of dust like particles / specks?
My windshield and 2 front windows have heavy dust particles like that annoys me. I haven't got the chance to drive facing the sun for extended time but the few times i drove for couple of minutes they were noticeable but not extremely bad.
Wait, what! your front windows have flaws?

I went to my dealer yesterday for update but they have no solution yet. ask me to wait for their call. I think they are evaluating the issues as more of 2023 Calli are sold. more cases will be reported. it takes time to recall. if we want them to do faster. we can go for lemon together
Class action already in the works. However the issue seems to be limited to a select number of VINs so HMA wants to fix those on the DL.

Windshield and front windows don’t seem to be hazy. What’s up with that?
Tell them to do some more homework and get a better excuse
Every set of windows in a car are made separate and conform to NHTSA or CPSC or whatever acronym require. The cloudy windows in second row are more dangerous than 80% tint. It is a matter of safety most of all, however the blue windows are ugly.

It’s annoying but not a safety issue at all. If it was they wouldn’t come with window shades in the back row.
My Corvette just has B-pillar and nacelle where you have a hazy window.
Clarity out of the rear passenger windows is not a federal safety requirement.

I couldn’t agree more. It really isnt a safety issue, at least for me. Years back I may have looked out those windows when backing up but not of late. If need be it is something that I can live with. If replacements are offered I would probably take them up on it but I am not at all anxious about the situation.

yesterday My replacement was ready to install. dealer ordered according to VIN and they didn't check until I arrived. unfortunately they are hazy as well.
they don't have any solution yet and asked me to wait for update.
I am getting tired and probably will take it. it is not a bit problem . any thought?

I will leave them as is at the moment until they receive defect free ones.
My windshield has those tiny specks that show up when the sun directly hits the windshield. i wanted to replace it but changed my mind because it's not horrible and the replacement isn't guaranteed will be defect free and i don't want to leave my car at the dealership for days for them to replicate the problem.
It's annoying but not a deal breaker.
