Sid Dillon in Lincoln, NE is selling at MSRP + $199 doc + $17 "government" fee.

Just picked my Calligraphy yesterday. Out the door in less than an hour, no BS from the business office.

I know they have a line and aren't a super high allocation dealer, but if you get on their list, they honor their word.

For the naughty list around the area:

Edwards in Council Bluffs, IA is asking MSRP, but when they find you an allocation, then they also require that you pay $1500 for "protection services", finance with them for 3+ months, and trade in a 2018+ vehicle with less than 50K miles. What a deal. For them.

Stew Hansen in Des Moines is over MSRP by $5K last I knew, not sure if that's it or the tip of the iceberg.

Norm Reeves in SoCal has burgundy with beige interior calligraphy on their lot for 5k markup. They quoted me today 60k out of the door for $48,840 MSRP.
I walked away.

Am being quoted 1K over MSRP for a 2023 limited near me and its already in transit. Seems like a decent deal. Surprised to see people posting back in Sept-Dec about getting under MSRP. Should I keep looking?

Homer Skelton Hyundai in Olive Branch, MS (near Memphis) is selling for MSRP plus $425 in doc fees plus tax / title / license. No required protection plan purchases included.

They are a five hour drive New Orleans, but were the closest to me with no markup. Everyone in Louisiana had a 4-5k markup. Worth it to me to not have the BS of negotiating down the markup. Plus I get to tryout all the safety features on my drive home in early September!

Here are my notes from my recent search for a 2023 Calligraphy in Moonlight Cloud / black interior. For reference, I’m near New Orleans and was willing to drive to Mississippi, Alabama, Tennessee, Arkansas, or Texas for the right deal.

The extra leg work saved me $3000 in markups from my local dealers in Louisiana.
