I picked up my Palisade (Steel Graphite Unlimited with Beige Nappa interior) about 2 weeks ago! Traded in my BMW, and simply amazed with all the Palisade has to offer. I've received so many compliments about how my vehicle is beautiful, and often notice several head turns as I drive by.

I test drove the VW Atlas and Chevy Traverse prior and both were nice, but wasn't sold on either. I had to wait a bit for availability, but so well worth it! Looking forward to reading up on the forums and learning from fellow Palisade owners.

Thank You.

Congrats on the Palisade.

How much did you pay OTD?

Planning to get any accessories and/or modifications?

Welcome to the forum and congrats on your new Palisade! What made the Palisade stand out for you compared to the Atlas and Traverse?

Hello Robby, Thank You for the welcome! As a former BMW owner (past 2 vehicles) and Chevy Tahoes, I felt both the Traverse and VW were lacked in power and zippiness. I also followed the reviews and seems both had comments from customers which encountered mechanical issues early on.

I felt the Palisade definitely had a more luxurious look and feel exterior and definitely interior, 3rd row automatic fold down seat definitely a plus, the left and right turn signal cameras. The vehicle has so many features, I'm still learning! 3 weeks in and still loving my vehicle and satisfied with the purchase!

Hi Scotty, I paid a slightly above MSRP, but purchased the tire care and environmental protection as the sand and salt in the winter is pretty harsh on cars. I felt this was pretty fair considering it was well under what VW and Chevy are asking for their vehicles, and the Palisade is far superior and definitely has more to offer!

Forgot to mention, mine did come with the cargo net, haven't used it yet. Also got a first aid kit.
I would have preferred to have the cargo cover but would like to hear how others have liked theirs. I ended up buying inexpensive all weather mats as the all weather from Hyundai are apparently very expensive and not stocked, and Weather Tech doesn't have Palisade mats available yet. The cheapie ones are working great. :)

Robby - forgot to mention the warranty - pretty amazing. :)

I'm glad to here you're enjoying the Palisade so far! From what I've read and seen there's a lot of features to go through (still waiting to pull trigger on one). Do you find the Palisade has more zippiness than the Tahoe, Traverse or Atlas?
Definitely more zippy than the Traverse and Palisade. I had the Tahoe on my list to drive, but felt the technology was lacking and the interior was stale. Looked similar to my previous Tahoes and about 20K higher in MSRP. Other disappointing factor about the Tahoe, the 3rd row seat is not adult passenger friendly. Palisade's 3rd row allows for adult seating. Hyuandi's warranty seals the deal! I just found another exciting feature, the front seats have extensions under the knees! So comfy!! Works electronically too. Loving this Palisade, and still turning heads when I drive down the road. Beautiful vehicle!!
