Fuel Range

When I bought it was 410 miles on full tank.....but after than never exceed 354 miles

I would expect that the range depends on the recent mileage you were getting. I have seen over 400 mile range several times when on a long highway trip where the average MPG is about 25.

Not sure if this is on the same subject but the reading you get whenever you fill up is the average of your currents MPG reading. Example your current MPG reading is 19 MPG because you been riding around town in stop and go traffic and you go fill up 18 gallons, The computer would calculated 19mpg x 18 gallons = 342. If you just came off the interstate and was getting 24 MPG and you stop to fill up it should then read 24mpg x 18 gallons = 432. That said it should periodically recalculate to adjust to your driving.

after initial fill up the tank will read what the average mpg was just prior to fill up. But it is constantly recalculating real time based on the mpg you are driving after fill up.
