Yes I have all the packages and they're all active. I'm just not seeing some of the screens that have been shown.Since you have a 2020 SEL, does your Palisade have any packages?

Hey,Did the install today. Took about 20 minutes to download and 30-35 minutes to install for some reason. A big change from the old triple screen look but wasn't a fan of that anyways. Usually ended up using 2/3 of the screen for nav and 1/3 radio. Who needs to see the weather that much lol
The weather does not come from the HD signal; that is incorrect. Weather comes from Hyundai BlueLink connected services...cell phone modem.I contacted Hyundai Blue Link several times on this issue and they created a Case #. They called me Monday and left a message that the Engineers had fixed the issues with the last update. We took a trip from south FL to Jacksonville and the location sent to vehicle posted on Driver 1 Profile. So that part of the update issue is fixed. Since I.m on the road, I haven't checked other issues...except the current weather issue. I understand the weather is now using HD Radio. I opened the HD Radio app and it provides a Radar for your location, but says weather is not available. Nothing shows on the Navigation screen. Any thoughts or suggestions?
I found this in the Q&A on the Mapnsoft forums.call customer service and start a case on your problem. mnsoft told me I couldn't pair the myhyundai blue link to driver1 on app or the web page. They said only hyundai blue link could do it.
Appears some of us who complained and got a case number had our link connected to the car

This is not the same as activating an account on the head unit*.
The customer cannot use the mobile app or online access to reconnect their profile to an account.
*Customer care will not see anything wrong on the customer account if they already enrolled.
