Like the title says, it seems that my ergo seat function on my 23 cali stopped working or I somehow disabled it accidentally. I picked up my palisade a little over a week ago and the ergo seat did work while we were playing with all of the functions. However, in the past few days when I press the ergo motion button on the drivers seat, the status comes up on the display screen for a few seconds indicating it’s OFF. I can’t toggle between the different settings either on the screen or by pushing the button again - it just stays on the OFF selection. The status screen then goes away after a few seconds and when I push the ergo button again, the status screen doesn’t even come back on. If I shut off the car and turn it back on, I’m able to pull up the status screen by pushing the button, but again I’m unable to toggle between the settings to actually turn on the function.
Really hoping I just somehow disabled it (I played around with the setup screen to see if I inadvertently disabled but no luck) rather than having to bring it into the dealer. Any advice?
and couldn't figure it out. I then mentioned to him over the phone when he called me back that someone mentioned on a forum that you just have to reset the infotainment system. So he did that for me and it started working again. This was last week. Who knows how long it's going to last this time before it malfunctions again. But anyway, if you reset your infotainment system (there should be a small pinhole near your screen or the right dial depending on which year your car is), that should fix the problem for the time being.
