My palisade is jerking when I am accelerating/Turning left from a complete stop. The car is fine when I accelerate straight, but it jerks when I drive turning left slowly. Any one knows the possible issue?

after repeated trips to the dealer they also determined it was differential as this is what I was suggesting. 2020 with 70k miles. replaced the coupler july 2023 and the same thing is starting to happen again at 80K. dealership says I have 1 year warranty concerning. if the coupler is locking up I am sure the diff is obtaining wear and damage
