I'm looking to buy a Palisade, and finally found one to reserve, but I have a question that I didn't think about before.

I know you can generally connect through Apple CarPlay, but can you pull up phone navigation on the car screen? That would be a big plus; these services update maps much more frequently than car navigation. If you can't do this, anyone know if you can do it on a 2023 Palisade?

Thank you. I'm reading through some comments in here and trying to understand faults/complaints. When I took this for a test drive, I didn't sit and play with the technology for very long, which I probably should have.

I use WAZE and the Pali's NAV at the same time. The Pali's NAV for turn-by-turn because it pops up in my HUD, and WAZE for all my police friends. In apple carplay, have waze on one side of the screen and the NAVI on the other.

Using Google Maps. I can get Satellite view on main display using cabled Android Auto. With Waze, I only get the graphic display even though on my laptop I can get Satellite view. Is there a setting I can't find that would enable that?

Waze does not offer satellite view.

That's what I figured. Strange that in the Edit mode on my laptop I can....
