This morning Apple CarPlay simply won’t connect tried rebooting phone and message says phone not responding anyone have a clue what might be causing? Nothing has changed in my settings since it was working yesterday

Some more information is probably going to be helpful. Most importantly, are you using wired or wireless CarPlay?

Wired, the premium model doesn’t support wireless, what else can I tell you?
I suppose in that case, there are a few things you can try.

One is to go into your phone settings to General > CarPlay and forget the connection with your car.

Another is to try a different cord.

One other thing would be to restart the head unit by pushing the reset button over by the tune knob. I’m doubtful that last one will help your situation, but could be worth a shot.

Thanks, I thought about the cord, but it is getting power and trying to connect. Been been using this way for 6 mo. I’ll try your suggestions
