Hi - I'm just wondering if anyone has encountered a solution to the constant Android auto disconnects in the 2021 Pallisade? It connects, works for sometimes 1 min, sometimes 20 min. There is no discernable pattern.

We've tried 8 different cables (including brand name), Aftermarket wireless add-ons, even new phones. I even went so far as submitting bug reports to AA. We have upgraded the head unit software. Our dealer claims nothing is wrong. Nothing works... It always disconnects, then reconnects, then disconnects.

We are about ready to trade the vehicle in.... We are that frustrated. Any thoughts would be appreciated.

I've had that issue where it would randomly disconnect.
Tried different cables with same results. That's until I bought an Anker USB A to USB C cable with 56k ohm pull up resistor. I think I got the 3 footer, just because I didn't want too long cable.
That fixed the issue for me.

I would stick to usb 2.0. And I also disabled fast charging on my phone (Samsung allows you to disable fast charge using the Device Care app). My theory is, the phone is pulling too much current with fast charge that car electronics cuts it off.

My Apple CarPlay will disconnect in a few locations and I blame it on local (radio?) interference. There is one spot traveling North past the airport where I will lose CarPlay (changes to the Bluetooth) for several miles. Funny thing is it does not going South past the same area even though the lane is a hundred yards closer. Another place where i lose every time is next to a railyard.
You could unfortunately be having the same issues??????
