I had my 23 Palisade Limited since November. I run into some issues, and wanted to get some input from teh forum:
1) Driver and passenger door locks suffer from a delay, oftentimes they require several hits to lock. In rain and snow they hardly work, and I have to use the fob to lock. (Unlocking works fine). Is this common? Is there a solution to change the handles to have a simple switch, at least to lock?

2) The garage door button loses power when the car is not powered. This is dumb. Can it be resolved simply without affecting the warrantee?

3) Is there a way to set up the order of preset stations in the radio? I switch between a few stations all the time, but want some more in the preset list. Currently - the first car ever I have seen to do so - I can onlyh set the order by the station number.

4) Can one set the cruise control to engage WITHOUT the lane assist, and have the lane assist activated after the cruise control is active? I like the lane assist but only on long trips. In the city it is not sufficiently precise and I prefer not to use it.
5) Everything should be software on this model... The speedometer and tach are on a display, but arranged opposite the positions I am used to. Can those be reversed?

6) My sunglasses are polarized, which blocks teh heads-up display. Anyone figured a way around that?

Make sure you update your infotainment with the October 2022 navigation system update. That will get you the modern radio interface introduced back in April 2022 for older models that brings back the ability to have 40 presets that are reorderable to your liking. Head over to update.hyundai.com with your PC or Mac, download the navigation updater program, that will handle the file download to your 64 GB USB stick for installation in the car.

Nope. You can just choose from a few standard analog-looking themes, plus the cube theme. They all will have the speedometer on the left.

Polarized sunglasses will do that. You can wear regular non-polarized sunglasses, or just tilt your head a little bit off axis to see the display with your polarized lenses.
