Had th RR tire blow out at 385kms 1 week after getting the car. Also whatever blew the tire shot out and broke the wheel well.
Have 265/45R21 108V Pirelli Scorpion MS with the Pirellis Noise Cancelling System (PNCS).

Dealership couldn't get a tire even from Pirelli Canada and have to order from Pirelli Europe. Said it would take at least a month to get a replacement.
GM pulls tire from Palisade on the lot with 1600kms on it and sell it at a discount.
I called Pirelli North America and they tell me that the tire is in distribution. I call Active Green and Ross, they cant find the tire anywhere. Costco cant even find the tire in their system.

If any other 2026 Palisade owners have tire issues good luck finding a tire to replace.

What does the dealer say you should do if it happens again or on a long interstate vacation or business trip? Is there no other option? That’s insane. I have a new ‘26 Pal, my first Pal and this uncertainty takes away some of the fun of ownership, not to mention confidence in Hyundai. And mixing tire brands or types is not optimal and often contraindicated. Sorry you had this problem but glad your GM helped out. If you were far away from your local dealer, another dealer might not be so accommodating.

Thanks for your information. Out of curiosity I also checked the Pirelli corporate site and there was nowhere to put the 2026 palisade in for the search. It had the other models like Santa Fe 2026 listed, but not the palisade. So I wondered if a shortage was a local or regional issue specific to Canada. I called a local tire center here in the US and they said it’s available to order. So it’s good news to know I can get it if I need it.

Here is the tire that is on the Palisades that are released up in Canada.
It has the Pirelli Noise Cancelling System technology in it. Every tow truck driver I've used in the past 3 weeks thinks the car is an EV.

Road hazards can happen to any car, It's not Hyundai's fault. Sounds like the dealership stepped up and took care of the problem!

2 tow trucks, one for the tire blowout and another for the parisitic draw issue that started happening.

I know that road hazards can happen to any car, I never would imply that a piece of metal or nail on the road was the fault of a dealership.
The dealership definitely helped me out with taking a tire off another car and finding a solution to get back on the road. I never said that it was their fault, all I said was that they couldn't find a tire from Pirelli. This post was just FYI for any 2026 Palisade Ultimate Calligraphy owners that have an issue with their tire and cant find a replacement.

The issue for me was not that flats happen (of course do), but I received the impression from the original post that it was impossible to find a replacement Pirelli anywhere. That would be very serious for anyone. Fortunately, after I called my local tire center, the tire was confirmed available and my concern vaporized. Sorry I was not clear enough.
