I think that beige interior will look good with any exterior, but that's just me.

Personally I am not a huge fan of how dark all the colors seem to be except for gray and white. The blue, burgundy and green might as well be black this year. The videos from the auto show didn't seem to make the blue look so dark, but it is really dark in most pictures. Almost like they made them even darker than normal this year.
Totally agree. It's great to have a new green color, but from what I've seen, it's not a good color. The burgundy isn't great either. The dark gray is not interesting and you can't get the silver with the beige.

The color options are just not great. I don't know why Hyundai has been so darn conservative with colors when the Kia Telluride has at least a few MUCH better color options. Frustrating for sure. These colors are meant for Buicks, I swear...

Best colors seems to be Black, White and Moonlight Cloud. We also chose the Moonlight Cloud/beige combo and are very much looking forward to it.

I absolutely love the much lighter and brighter interior options. I used to love black leather, but now it just feels like a cave. We also have an Ioniq 5 with the light gray interior, and with the giant glass roof, it is SO bright inside, all the time, which I absolutely love. Same idea here with the beige. Can't go wrong. And yes, we have two young kids who are messy. Not concerned about staining or discoloring at all.

Are you looking at the website pictures or did you see the cars? Much like Hyundai, what seems to be a cool color on the web pictures is much different in person. The Kia red is pretty much the Hyundai red. The Kia green is more green than the Hyundai Rainforest, but still indistinguishable from gray on any but the sunniest of days. Black Copper is Black. Wolf Gray is Gray. The colors there are just as boring as the Hyundai ones, IMO
Some of both. The Hyundai green and burgundy look bad both in person AND online. They're just VERY conservative colors. Think Toyota Camry buyers. Older buyers. Kia skews toward a younger demo, hence the better colors.

As for equivalents, I agree with you on white and black, but we'll have to disagree on the rest. The Kia's Sangria might be very close to Hyundai's burgundy, but Hyundai has nothing like the new Dawning Red, which looks fantastic.

Kia's Jungle green looks NOTHING like the Hyundai Emerald Green and Hyundai doesn't offer anything like the Wolf gray in the Palisade, which sucks, because both of those are very attractive colors. The Wolf Gray Hyundai equivalent would be Cyber Gray, which Hyundai offers in the Ioniq 5. Not available in the Palisade. The Telluride's just got better colors all around. It is what it is. We still prefer the Palisade based on other reasons, regardless.

We have a 2023 moonlight calligraphy ordered. The local dealership has a moonlight limited on the lot so we decided to stop by and see the color for ourselves. I drove past it twice, thinking it was Black Abyss. 😂

it’s much darker then was expecting and you have to be up close with the sun hitting it right to see the deep blue pearl specks in the paint (imo)

here’s a few photos and if you pay close attention to the black front grille, you can get a sense of how dark the paint is next to it

I will admit the photos actually showcase the blue better than I was expecting
This coincides with the 2022 moonlight cloud I saw on a dealership. VERY dark blue (which apparently is a thing right now? See Apple's new MacBook Air in color "Midnight". Exactly the same), and border on black in certain lights. Honestly, I think white, black and moonlight are the best colors available, and I lean towards moonlight cloud because the slight blue hue gives it some interest.
