seat covers

Has anyone found a good set of seat covers for the captains chairs? Particularly the second row. I bought a cheap set on Amazon but they don't stay on - the elastic around the bottom is not strong enough. I want to protect the seats from my dog's nails. Right now she rides with the seats folded...
