  1. The Limited also comes with a standard self-leveling rear suspension

    Brakes And Suspension
I think this explains it fairly well. With the design they implemented in the Palisade, the car will not level itself while parked. So if you load it up in your driveway with a ton of cargo and people, it will sag. Once you get moving (a few miles) it will level itself out. This is a...

Color - yes, there are 64 to choose from. Intensity - I don't think so, but it's not as intense as the photos make it look.
  4. Palisade in Lagoon Silver

    Hyundai Palisade Pictures
I have the White. There are no metal flakes in it since it is a "pearl' color and not a "metallic" color. The pearl in it gives it some nice depth and color changes slightly based on lighting. It's not just a glossy white. Silver looks pretty good! Hopefully they didn't damage your front bumper...
  5. Lane following assist question

    Hyundai Palisade General Discussion Forum
I've noticed it bothers me less when the "HDA" is activated, and also when traveling at low speeds in traffic jams. I was in a jam on our state turnpike this past weekend (5-25mph for a few miles). I had the cruise control on with HDA activated and barely ever touched the wheel/pedals. It...
  6. Side Mirror Behavior

    Hyundai Palisade General Discussion Forum
Yep - the side mirrors will adjust to your saved settings, and if you have a HUD, the placement of that on the windshield will also be saved in your seat memory. It works great for my wife and I. The only thing you have to manually adjust is the rearview mirror.
  7. Tire pressure increased

    Hyundai Palisade General Discussion Forum
Thanks for explaining this in more detail. Tire pressure is very important for safety! Has anyone else noticed what tire pressure comes up to while driving (warm)? Mine come up to about 39 or 40psi after driving for a bit (gauge cluster shows). Would be interesting to see the difference between...
  8. Hi and Thanks

Hyundai Palisade Owners Registry And Check In Area
Congrats! I have the same exact model! It is pretty incredible on the highway...the HDA still impresses me every time I use it. You're welcome! (if I helped...)
  9. Finally pulled the trigger

Hyundai Palisade Owners Registry And Check In Area
congrats! I'm in a similar wife drives it much more than I do. post some pics when you get it - that's a nice color. I actually looked at that same model when I was shopping around.
  10. No power folding mirrors?

    Hyundai Palisade General Discussion Forum
I noticed that too...could be a US model thing. I've read that the Korean models have power folding mirrors which is probably where that leftover text/programming came from.
  11. Limited Wheels

    Hyundai Palisade General Discussion Forum
I like them, I think it matches the Limited premium/luxury style. I like that the lug nuts are hidden. The SEL wheels are also really nice though. Maybe I'll try to grab a set of SEL ones for winter wheels...although an 18" set would be considerably cheaper. I like being able to switch my...
  12. Tire pressure increased

    Hyundai Palisade General Discussion Forum
Yeah there's a chance it'll increase your mpg, but I don't think that's a great idea. The max tire pressure rating is not there to give an idea of how much you should inflate your tires. There's a reason Hyundai has set the door jam psi ratings. I would recommend those, otherwise you're risking...
  13. Fuel Economy: Palisade

Hyundai Palisade MPG And Fuel Economy
This is not a button to engage or disengage AWD. This is for the center differential LOCK. It should not be used on paved, dry surfaces. It does disengage at speeds above something like 25mph. What this button does essentially is force 25% power at each wheel, locking them all together so they...
  14. Android Car Play

    Hyundai Palisade General Discussion Forum
Like some others have said - make sure he downloads the Android Auto app, then he should be good to go. My guess is his phone doesn't support wireless charging. I have a Pixel 2 (doesn't work and it's not designed to), but my wife's Pixel 3 works great on it. Does Apple Carplay use the entire...
  15. front camera

    Hyundai Palisade General Discussion Forum
I haven't actually done it yet - but I think you can press the surround view button anytime you're driving (above 10mph), and it'll come on the next time you drop below 10mph. The amber indicator light on the button should stay illuminated while it's armed. This could make stop signs and...
